Withdrawal and refunds

Your 14 days, what ends them, and what we refund beyond that.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days from buying a pack or subscribing to a plan to withdraw, without giving a reason. The monthly renewals of a running plan do not open a new period.

For a purchase made on the website, write to hello@romy.app naming the purchase: we refund within 14 days, to the original payment method.

For a purchase made in the iOS app, payment is taken by Apple and Apple handles the refund: request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. If that route fails you, write to us — you are never on your own with a purchase.

Before it decides, Apple asks us about that purchase: we confirm that it was delivered to you, nothing more. The final call is Apple's. You can object to that confirmation by writing to us.

What ends it

Credits are digital content supplied immediately. At payment you expressly agree that supply begins at once and you waive your right of withdrawal for any credits you go on to use.

In practice: unused credits remain refundable for 14 days; credits already spent generating a concept are not, because the service was delivered. For a plan, the first period starts at subscription with your express agreement, and the refund covers its unused part.

Beyond the 14 days

A credit consumed by a generation that failed on our side is returned automatically — you do not need to ask.

If a render is clearly broken, write to us. We look case by case and are happy to re-credit when the result is not what the service is supposed to produce. Simply not liking a render aesthetically is not grounds for a refund: it is a proposal, and you choose the brief.

Cancellation

A plan can be cancelled at any time. Bought in the iOS app, it is cancelled from your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); the app takes you there from Settings → Your plan. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf. Bought on the website, it is cancelled from your account page (Manage plan), which opens Stripe's billing portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: no further charge, and you keep access and the remaining plan credits until that date. Unused plan credits go then; the current period is not refunded pro rata. Pack credits are unaffected: they never expire.

Deleting your account is possible only once the plan is cancelled, so that no charge outlives the account. Deletion does not refund unused credits beyond the withdrawal period.
